Karen, Just a quick note this morning to say in writing what so many of us said last evening.  Your work is inspired!  Your food is imaginative, delicious and had panache with all of the different ways it was presented.  YOur staff are proactive, courteous, professional and charming.  From the moment our guests started to arrive your team kicked into gear and ensured we were immediately and well-served.  The choices made sure that the men enjoyed the food just as much as the ladies did.  The cake was a triumph!  You helped us celebrate my sweet baby sister's birthday with real flair and a lot of style. Karen, Thank you so much for making the evening an incredible success.  The food was off the charts - creative, tasty, plentiful and fun.  The service impeccable from your team, was great as they made their way through the groups and had everyone served, happy and fully pampered.  Your leadership and thoughtfulness in making up the trays for Gail and me was perfect.... and the cake - wow.  I didn't have any until Sunday night, but OMG woman - that was perfect.
I am thrilled with the experience, you will be called upon again and I will continue to recommend you to any of my friends that ask the question - Do you know a good caterer?  I do now!
