What areas do you serve in the GTA? BITE Catering proudly serves the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and surrounding communities. Whether it’s a corporate event, wedding, bar or bat mitzvah, or private party, we bring our full-service catering, custom menus, and event expertise directly to your location.

How far in advance should I book catering for my event? We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. For weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and large corporate events in the Toronto area, 3–6 months in advance is ideal for menu customization, staff availability, and a seamless experience. For full-scale event planning, booking 12–18 months in advance is best to reserve your date. That said, we can also accommodate last-minute events whenever possible, depending on staff and kitchen availability.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes! We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and kosher style options. Our team works closely with you to ensure every guest enjoys delicious, safe, and beautifully presented food.

Do you provide staff and rentals? Absolutely! We provide professional staff and rentals tailored to your event size and style. From tables and chairs to linens, dinnerware, and bar service, we make sure your event is fully catered and beautifully presented anywhere in the GTA.

Do you customize menus for events? Yes! Every menu is tailored to your event’s style, tastes, and dietary needs. From kosher and vegan options to themed menus for birthdays, weddings, or corporate events in Toronto, we ensure your menu is unique, delicious, and memorable.

What services are included in your catering packages? Our full-service catering in Toronto and the GTA includes custom menu design, professional event staff such as servers, bartenders, and chefs, optional tableware, linens, and rentals, as well as setup, cleanup, and event planning guidance to ensure your event is seamless and stress-free.

How much does catering cost per person? Pricing varies based on menu selections, event type, guest count, and services requested. On average, Toronto catering packages start around $45–$100+ per person for full-service events, but we provide customized proposals to suit your budget and preferences.
